fast food is obesity. Fast food is made from a lot of calories and high

nutritionists, even a few quantity of junk food contains high calories. Individuals
are fooled by the quantity and they tend to eat more. Thus, without knowing,

   Add to that, junk food is loaded with salt
the thing that leads to high blood pressure. Even low-fat foods and low-calorie
are often loaded with salt to make them taste better. But high levels of salt
intake can lead to high blood pressure, particularly in those who have sodium
sensitivities and are obese, according to the American Heart Association.

    Moreover,
junk food causes another health condition that is diabetes. Per CARDIA study,
consuming junk food more than twice per week was strongly associated with
insulin resistance and increased risk of type 2 diabetes.

   In addition, eating fast food can lead to
heart disease. According to the USDA, fast foods make a much higher risk of
heart disease because of the high level of saturated or trans fats found in it,
especially those who consume junk food four or more times a week.

   Last
but not least, people regularly eating fast food – such as pizzas, burgers and
chicken nuggets leads to cancer. Emma Shields, Cancer Research UK’s health
information officer, said: “High-calorie foods like fast food can promote
weight gain, and obesity can cause 13 types of cancer, so it is a good idea to
keep these foods just for occasional treats.”

   However, opponents claim that fast food is
one of the easiest and inexpensive ways of eating. It saves money and time,
especially for individuals who are coming home from work. It’s clear that there
is no better or quicker way to satisfy your empty stomach. But, what precisely
is the price to pay once you’ve had your fill, and now you have new diseases
from eating at fast food restaurants? Studies done in the United States show that
food-borne diseases have been expected to cause 6 million to 81 million

illnesses and up to 9,000
deaths each year. Anyone one of these numbers can be from someone’s family!
Most of these bacteria are found in the food you eat from your local fast food
joint. Eating at one of the fast food restaurants can cost thousands of dollars
in hospital bills, all because of a spoiled burger for example.

    In conclusion, everyone should think twice
before deciding to eat fast food, since it contain health risks such as
obesity, high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, heart disease and cancer. Although
it is easy to buy and cheap as opponents claim, but risking a life for
something that isn’t good for any person in the first place could cost
thousands of dollars in hospital bills. So, don’t be lazy! You can consecutively decrease the frequency of
eating junk food and try to eat more homemade foods.
